A NIGHT OF PRAYER FOR AUSTRALIA

Thank you to all who have advised of gatherings that will be held on Australia Day eve (25th January) to pray for Australia. We have had almost as many meetings advised in just the first week of this year's campaign than we had for all of the 2012 campaign. It is clear from the response so far that we will have no problem in exceeding 500 prayer gatherings across the nation this year. It is of course not too late for you to organise your Church, prayer group or group of friends to meet together on Friday week to lift up our nation before God as we face this election year. 

If you would like our specially prepared prayer points emailed to you simply write to us at apn@ausprayernet.org.au and we will be happy to send them out to you by return email.   Australia Day is a great day of celebrating our nationhood. Let us also make it a day when God is worshiped and our nation upheld in prayer. To protect your privacy, in registering your event with us you do not need to give us venue or time of your meeting unless you specifically wish to do so. If you do so we will take that as a willingness to share such details with any who contact us seeking to find a prayer meeting they can attend in their area.
